Reliable’s season RUNS November 1, 2011
through April 30, 2012.
FALL PREPERATIONS-
Reliable
Snowplowing, LLC marks properties at contractor’s discretion
with reflective markers as a courtesy to our customers and
drivers. This is
done at no additional charge, but markers remain the property of
Reliable Snowplowing and are collected in the spring.
This allows costs to stay down and is environmentally
friendly.
SCOPE OF SNOW PLOWING SERVICE-Snow plowing and/or de-icing coverage begins when approximately 2" or more
of snow has fallen and will continue up to 2 times a day or at
periodic intervals throughout the storm.
These services will be performed at the discretion of
the contractor during an active storm depending on the
snowstorm's length and severity to plow, shovel and/or de-ice
those areas specified under this agreement.
Depending on the time of
snowfall, we diligently attempt to service clients by 7:00 am or
5:00 pm, unless otherwise noted.
Snow piles will be made in an effort to maintain all
parking spaces. Removal of snow piles is available through Reliable Snowplowing,
LLC at an additional cost; please contact us as needed.
Reliable Snowplowing will not salt/plow within 3 feet of
any vehicles, equipment, or other obstruction.
Please make an attempt to move obstructions prior to our
services.
SCOPE OF DE-ICING-
Rock salt will be applied to driveway / parking lot,
walkway, stairway and handicap access ramp surfaces unless other
de-icing material is requested. The decision as to when and how
much material is to be applied is based on many factors
including but not limited to; current ground temperature,
current weather forecasts from the National Weather Service and
future weather predictions.
Reliable Snowplowing, LLC will exercise expert judgment
in providing the services needed based upon existing conditions
and future weather forecasts.
